7 February 2010 ? Stuttgart, Germany - A tantalizingly close distance world-record attempt and the fastest sprint performance in 11 years were just a sample of the eight world-leading marks and three meeting records at 24th Sparkassen-Cup meeting in Stuttgart on Saturday (6).
7 February 2010 - Amuria, Uganda - Reigning World cross country championship silver medallist Moses Kipsiro made it three in a row when he headlined the Ugandan National Cross Country Championships on Saturday (6) in Amuria district.
7 February 2010 ? Daniel Gitau of Kenya and Australian Nikki Chapple upset the prohibitive favourites at the Marugame Half Marathon today.
7 February 2010 ? Boston, USA - Tirunesh Dibaba has seen a lot of record-setting success at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood, with 5000m World record races in 2005 and 2007, but her attempt to add to that resume fell short at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games on Saturday (6) evening as Dibaba ran 14:44.53 in a largely solo performance.

7 February 2010 - Making his final move just before entering the Oita city track and field stadium, Jonathan Kipkorir of Kenya won the 59th Beppu-Oita Mainichi Marathon in 2:10:50 today.
