26 October 2008 - London, UK – Phillips Idowu and Christine Ohuruogu were named British Athletes of the Year at an awards ceremony in London on Saturday (25) evening.



Favourites Chebet and Chenonge collect Marseille-Cassis titles

26 October 2008 - Cassis, France - A Kenyan double highlighted the 30th edition of the Marseille – Cassis International Classic, an IAAF Silver Label Road Race, as favourites Wilson Chebet and Ines Chenonge faced tough opposition to win on the 20.308km road race along Mediterranean Sea.



Fast junior walking in China, National Walking Champs
27 October 2008 - The Chinese National Championships for road walks were held in Xintai 23-25 October with some excellent junior results. The Olympic participants held tight and once more showed their class and there were no big surprises in any of the events.
